Cornwall Council lists “Chyvelah Bus Gate, Threemilestone” among its highway CCTV camera locations, which confirms the bus gate exists and is monitored by camera. It is not, however, enforced: the council confirmed in response to environmental information request FOI-2UC8RGW3-101008164123, 14 August 2026, that its bus lanes are not currently enforced and that it holds no penalty, camera or income data for them at all.
