Enforcement here began on 1 June 2020. Oxfordshire County Council confirmed the enforcement start date in its response to freedom of information request 28118, answered on 12 August 2026.
An earlier version of this page gave the start date as 15 June 2024; the council's own penalty figures record contraventions at this gate throughout 2023, so that date was wrong and has been corrected.
