Buckinghamshire Council confirmed in August 2026 that the enforcement camera here is not yet operational, so no penalty is being issued at this location for the time being — but the bus lane itself is live, the traffic order is in force and the roadside sign is legally binding, so the restriction still applies and the council can switch the camera on at any time.
