Verified against the Essex CC (A1019 Velizy Avenue and Post Office Road, Harlow) (Bus Gate) Order 2020 (in operation 19 Oct 2020): no motor vehicle at any time except buses, taxis, motorcycles and authorised private hire vehicles. Covers the A1019 Velizy Avenue southbound right-turn slip into Post Office Road (~90m) and the Post Office Road eastbound right-turn exit lane (~33.5m).
Emergency/works exemptions apply. Essex County Council has confirmed that this site is currently suspended because of construction works in the area, and that its absence from the council's published penalty figures was an error in the data source, which the council says it has since amended.
The traffic order remains in force and the suspension is the council's operational decision rather than a change in the restriction, so it can resume without notice.
