Bolton supplied the sealed traffic order under Freedom of Information request RFI 023737 on 17 August 2026, and Great Moor Street is not among the lanes it schedules: Schedules 2 to 4 cover Newbrook Road, St Helens Road, Derby Street, Bradshawgate, Deane Road, Blackhorse Street, Knowsley Street, St Georges Road, Bridge Street and the Deansgate bus gate, and neither the 2019 nor the 2024 amendment adds any further lane.
Every lane the order does schedule admits buses, hackney carriage taxis (not private hire), pedal cycles, Royal Mail vehicles, cash-in-transit vehicles and bus company support vehicles.
