DfI names its fixed camera sites as Great Victoria Street, East Bridge Street, Donegall Square South, Donegall Square East and College Square East. This location is not one of them, so enforcement here is by the mobile CCTV vehicle and is not continuous — DfI says deployment is decided by operational need.
The two directions are restricted at different times of day, on different stretches, so the morning and afternoon periods are not two halves of one restriction. Citybound, from North Derby Street to Limestone Road, it is 7.30am to 9.30am only — there is no afternoon restriction on that stretch.
Countrybound, from Limestone Road to Skegoneill Road, it is 3.30pm to 6.30pm only. Both are Monday to Friday.
