Exempt: local buses, cycles, taxis (hackney carriages), and approved school transport vehicles 8am–9.30am and 3.30pm–5pm Monday to Friday during school term. ANPR enforcement began 13 April 2026 — warning letters for first offences until 1 November 2026.
