Barnet Council confirmed on 10 September 2026 that both bus lane cameras on West Hendon Broadway — one at the Milton Road junction, one at the Station Road junction — were removed because of major redevelopment, and that it corrected its published camera list on 24 August 2026 to drop them.
The council says cameras will be reinstalled at different locations on this stretch in future. So no penalty charge notices are being issued here by camera for now, but the bus lane, its signs and its traffic order all still apply, a police or civil enforcement officer can still act on them, and the cameras are coming back — treat this as a pause, not as permission.
