Where the cameras are
Swindon supplied a per-location breakdown for 2021/22 only, and it is heavily concentrated: of 29,490 PCNs that year, Penzance Drive accounted for 20,989 — 71% of the borough's total — followed by Ferndale Road (2,409), Princes Street (1,505), Mazurek Way (1,472), Ermin Street (1,388), Bristol Street (1,358) and Upham Road (369). No league table is shown on this page because those figures are five years old and the council holds four newer years it did not break down; a narrowed follow-up request has been sent for 2022/23 onwards. Swindon has four separate bus lane and bus gate pages on Penzance Drive and two on Princes Street, so the 2021/22 figures cannot be attributed to a single lane page either.

The FOI response did not restate the penalty. £70, halved to £35 within 21 days, is the amount already recorded on all 47 Swindon lane pages from the council's consolidated bus lane traffic regulation order, and it is consistent with the money reported: 16,681 of 23,903 PCNs paid at the discount in 2025/26 against £758,189 of income.
